Hello Friends of VCC!

Fall is here! This year, residents requested a Halloween Costume Dance. It should be a blast! Come join us Friday October 28th from 3-4:30 for the first Annual Halloween Dance. Different types of music will be played. We need help getting costumes out and residents outfitted in the morning, starting at 10 a.m. and all day, then party set up at 2:00, escorting residents to the dance, dancing with residents and clean up.  Let me know if you can help with this fun event.

*Update on the volunteer project… we have been working on improving our volunteer program by recruiting team leaders, creating job descriptions, and focusing on recruitment and training. Stay tuned for more on this. I will be contacting all volunteers in the next month to get your ideas, thoughts.  Feel free to contact me directly.

TB tests are no longer required for volunteers at VCC.  Yeah!

We have a  new Activity and Volunteer space located in the Adult Day Program space.

Thanks to you all.  Happy fall.
